Who Is Responsible for Your Data
Infinity is provided by Darmel Solutions SL, a company based in Spain (“Infinity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Darmel Solutions SL is the data controller for the limited personal data that we process directly. You can contact us at support@darmelcreative.com.
Information We Handle
Infinity does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, or postal address inside the app.
- App and content requests. When Infinity downloads its wallpaper catalog, thumbnails, or full-resolution images, our server and hosting provider may process standard technical data such as your IP address, request date and time, requested file, user agent, response status, and diagnostic information.
- Advertising data. For users without Full Access, Infinity uses Google AdMob to show banner and rewarded ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, general location derived from IP, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad impressions and clicks, product interactions, diagnostics, crash data, and performance data. The exact data used depends on your device settings, region, consent choices, and the type of ad served.
- Purchase data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Infinity receives StoreKit transaction and entitlement information needed to complete, verify, restore, and provide Full Access. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Photos permission. Infinity requests add-only access when you choose to save a wallpaper. This permission is used to add the selected image to your Photos library. Infinity does not use this permission to read or upload your existing photos.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to include so that we can respond and maintain support records.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- deliver wallpapers and operate the app;
- save a wallpaper when you request it;
- provide, verify, and restore subscription access;
- serve ads and measure ad delivery for eligible users;
- remember and respect applicable advertising privacy choices;
- secure, diagnose, maintain, and improve the service; and
- respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
Advertising and Your Choices
Infinity uses the Google User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent or privacy choices where required. Depending on your region and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical ads. Selecting a privacy option does not necessarily remove ads; an active Full Access subscription removes in-app ads.
Before using the advertising identifier for tracking, Infinity requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If you deny permission, Infinity does not use the IDFA for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Eligible ads may still be shown without the IDFA.
Where available, you can review or change applicable choices through Ad privacy choices on the Infinity subscription screen. You can also use privacy and tracking controls provided by iOS. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services and review the Google Privacy Policy.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar privacy laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract to provide requested app and subscription features; your consent for advertising processing where consent is required; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving Infinity; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
How We Share Information
We may disclose limited information to service providers only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Google, which provides AdMob advertising and the User Messaging Platform;
- Apple, which operates the App Store, StoreKit, subscription billing, and device permission systems; and
- hosting and infrastructure providers, which deliver the wallpaper catalog and image files and protect the service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable legal protections.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, allowing an advertising provider to use identifiers or activity for personalized advertising may be considered “selling”, “sharing”, or “targeted advertising”. Where applicable, you may opt out through the in-app Ad privacy choices control, iOS privacy controls, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, troubleshooting, support, and legal compliance. Server logs are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed. Support messages may be retained while needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate business records. Apple and Google determine retention for data they process under their own policies.
International Data Transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To submit a request, email support@darmelcreative.com with the subject “Infinity Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your request. Because Infinity has no user accounts and technical logs are not linked to an account, we may be unable to associate a particular log entry with you.
If you are in the EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Children’s Privacy
Infinity is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it where required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services and Links
Apple and Google process information under their own terms and privacy policies. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control the content or privacy practices of third-party services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Infinity, our providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
