Agreement to These Terms
Infinity is provided by Darmel Solutions SL, a company based in Spain (“Infinity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Infinity, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Infinity Provides
Infinity lets you browse, preview, and save wallpaper images for personal use on compatible devices. Some features are available without payment and may be supported by advertising. Full Access is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and unlocks the premium experience described in the app.
Subscriptions and Billing
Infinity may offer weekly and annual auto-renewable subscription plans. The available plan, localized price, billing period, and included access are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm a purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise.
- Apple handles payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refund eligibility under the terms applicable to your App Store account.
- Prices, taxes, and currency may vary by country or region. If Apple changes a renewal price, Apple’s notice and consent rules apply.
- Restoring an eligible subscription does not create a new charge.

Full Access
While your subscription entitlement is active, Full Access unlocks all wallpaper saving features available in the current version of Infinity and removes in-app advertising. Subscription access may require an internet connection to load content or verify entitlement status. The content catalog and app features may change over time.
Advertising and Rewarded Access
The free experience may display banner ads. Infinity may also let you watch a rewarded video to save an individual wallpaper without Full Access. Ad availability, completion, and reward delivery depend on third-party advertising services and are not guaranteed. You must not manipulate, automate, or fraudulently generate ad views, clicks, or rewards.
License to Use the App and Wallpapers
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Infinity on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
Wallpaper images that you lawfully save through Infinity may be used as personal backgrounds on your own devices. Unless we expressly authorize it, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish as a competing collection, use for commercial products or advertising, remove ownership notices, or claim ownership of the app, its design, catalog, or wallpaper content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Infinity or its content unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app’s source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- bypass subscriptions, access controls, advertising requirements, or technical protections;
- scrape, bulk-download, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app, catalog, or servers; or
- use automated systems to access the service without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
Infinity, including its software, visual design, branding, text, organization, and content compilation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Infinity and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Infinity and its hosted content available, but we do not guarantee that every wallpaper, feature, ad, or service will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or remove content and features, release updates, or discontinue the service where reasonably necessary. Availability may vary by device, operating system, country, or network connection.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Infinity Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Infinity relies on services provided by Apple, Google, and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, ads, websites, or content that we do not control.
Apple Terms
Your license to use Infinity is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA. Mandatory law and Apple’s applicable terms control to the extent required if there is a conflict.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any specific wallpaper, or that the app will meet every device or personalization requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darmel Solutions SL and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Infinity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Infinity at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect users or the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Ending use of the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory rights available under the law of their country or state of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts determined under applicable consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Infinity, our services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means that the updated Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
